PRE-BREAKFAST
16oz of water with lemon, Traditional Medicinal Everyday Detox Tea or Dandelion Root, and Twining English Breakfast Tea

BREAKFAST
3/4c. rice chex with 1/4c. flax granola, blueberries, vanilla coconut milk and flavored coffee with honey.

Workout: 10-minute Sparkpeople Cardio Workout video (please look in recap for more info) + circuit training (30minutes+)

LUNCH
16oz of water with lemon, spicy vegetarian soup with chia seeds, and an open-face pita 'pizza' sandwich (1/2 a pita pocket smeared with 1oz of goat cheese, topped with spinach, pumpkin seeds and zucchini slices..then toasted in the oven, topped with 1/4 avocado) SUPER DELICIOUS!

DAILY RECAP

I've decided to retest bread. I looked at the day I originally tested the bread and I think the weight fluctuation could have been due to other factors. Tomorrow will be a rest day and after that I will resume testing where I left off before falling ill.
