PRE-BREAKFAST
16oz of water with lemon, Twining English Breakfast Tea and Traditional Medicinal Everyday Detox Tea or Traditional Medicinal Dandelion Root Tea

BREAKFAST
Flax Granola, Blueberries, Coconut Milk and Hyvee Red Rooibos Tea with honey.


LUNCH
Salad with zucchini slices, pumpkin seeds, diced apple, avocado and one Slice of bread with goat cheese. It was supposed to be a sandwich but I deconstructed it making sure to use all the elements.

SNACK
Carrots with Hummus

DINNER
Steak, salad and leftover sauteed veggies

DESSERT
Red wine spritzer (Cupcake Vineyards Pinot Noir) with 1 oz of chocolate (Hershey's Special Dark).


DAILY RECAP

I have a bad feeling. I'm pretty sure I'm reactive to wheat. While I was eating my bread I had a difficult time swallowing. Its a bit hard to explain, but it felt like I had strep. I sure hope not. I love lots of wheat based foods. I suppose it could be the raisin and wheat combination. The salad with lunch was awesome by the way.

I had a wonderful day with my boys! I just love the weekends. I find that I'm actually getting sleepy at the right times now....but PMS is on the way. We'll see how that goes!
