BREAKFAST
1/2c. rice chex with 1/2c. flax granola, blueberries, vanilla frozen yogurt and flavored coffee with honey.

WORKOUT: Hula-Hooping and strength training, 30 intense minutes

LUNCH
16oz of water with lemon, greens, leftover zucchini, goat cheese, pumpkin seeds, 1 rye cracker with hummus

DAILY RECAP

I decided to go ahead and test cheese today because I've been craving it for days! I believe it is important to listen to our bodies. Today my body said cheese, so I did it right. There will be no cheetos, doritos or cheese nips...just straightforward cheese sticks. That said...Oh my! CHEESE! So excited! It was amazing :)

I started working out again today...Hula-hooping left bruising as it usually does the first time around. I feel so much better after a good workout!
