BREAKFAST
1/2c. rice chex with 1/2c. flax granola, blueberries and vanilla coconut milk.

Stair Sprints, HulaHooping and strength circuit training

LUNCH
Leftover Roasted Squash, Kale and Manchego (I used Parmesan yesterday and today with no negative effect)with pumpkin seeds and a warm bowl of spicy vegetarian soup.

SNACK
Potato Chips were optional but I can't stop at 1oz, so 1/2 pear and small handful of almonds.

DINNER
Chicken with Lemon Garlic Sauce, fresh green and sauteed veggies (kale, broccoli, onions, garlic, carrots and mushroom with orange oil).

DAILY RECAP

I've decided to retest bread. I looked at the day I originally tested the bread and I think the weight fluctuation could have been due to other factors. Tomorrow will be a rest day and after that I will resume testing where I left off before falling ill.
