PRE-BREAKFAST
16oz of water with lemon, Traditional Medicinal Everyday Detox Tea or Dandelion Root, and Twining English Breakfast Tea

BREAKFAST
1c. flax granola, blueberries, vanilla frozen yogurt and flavored coffee with honey. Goodness me, I swear if I pass frozen yogurt, I will eat it with breakfast every other day when I can afford to!

WORKOUT: Starting tomorrow I will be doing 4, 30 minute cardio workouts a week. I do little bits everday anyway, but I don't count it towards my total.

LUNCH
16oz of water with lemon, greens, avocado, pumpkin seeds, carrot with hummus and a bowl of Spicy Vegetarian Soup

DAILY RECAP
I'm feeling so much better! Adam surprised me with frozen yogurt, cheesecake flavor. I wanted it and I didn't want to be a jerk, so I subbed my breakfast coconut milk for yogurt. I'll treat today as a test day.
